I skipped a week, sorry about that, but at least I did
some progress pictures!! They are not the best photographic
work ever but you can get a sense of how Im doing
with only four weeks to go.
My training
this week has been intensified and Im spending
a lot of time on squeezing and reps. Im really
focused right now and even though my energy levels are
down, Im hanging in there. I have support from
my sponsors and I thank God for my trainer who doesnt
let me stop when I wanna give up he pushes me for five
more. Its intense but its great right now.
The diet
this week Ive been eating a lot more veggies and
salad. I cut out all of the ketchups and mustards and
any other condiments, however Im still eating
a little Splenda thankfully because thats my candy
cheat
hee hee!! Im at five meals a day
right now and my carbs are lower than last week, so
again Im pretty tired but I am doing fine.
As for conditioning,
my legs are coming in this week and Im getting
more veins appearing so Im happy
. My shoulders
are also coming in pretty good too but I hope that I
can get everything done just right so I can be stress
free, well not really, but a little relaxed
.
Umm not yet
. j/k after the show then Ill
be okay, no more migraines! Im so excited about
the show and to see everyone and I know that this is
an important stage and preview event for the season.
