Weekly Contest Prep Diary

Date: Week ending January 27, 2007
I’m back for week two, still with enough strength to write hee hee! My strength levels are slowly slipping this week only because the carbs are still cut in half …. But I’m a trooper and I love this … It all pays off in the end. I’m happy to say that my trainer is keeping me in line. I’m still at 2x per day for cardio as of now, and running is one of the sessions. I did switch one of my leg routines and added one of my leg routines to back day.

My diet is very strict now of course. Proteins are high and carbs are low. I allowed one cheat day this week and had some sushi. It was sooo good, and I filled out really nicely from it so the results are coming in!

I see slow changes to my body which shows consistency in my goals to drop fat and come in tight for the show as I plan to do. I feel a little worn down while lifting at the gym, just my strength levels but my intensity is still there. Mentally and emotionally I feel great and I am fully prepared to bring a great package to the Arnold.
