everyone! Welcome to my first weekly update on how my
contest preparations are going for the Arnold Amateur
figure championships. My skin is tighter and thats
great, Im leaning out really well so Im happy.
Ive lost about 5 pounds and my fat percentage is
dropping rapidly. Im so dedicated and determined
to look my absolute best and look forward to being a part
of this show!!
My
training is going well, Im just a little run down,
my energy levels are low this week just because I have
cut my carbs in half. I have upped my cardio to two
times per day from now until the show to help me pull
out even more fat. I also incorporated running into
my 2nd cardio session of the day.
Right
now with my carbs level down my diet ratios are going
to be a little different than normal for now. Im
eating 6 meals, and sometimes I add in a scoop of peanut
butter if I am feeling lethargic. Of course every meal
has protein in it but here is what I am eating today
(Friday) just so you can see a little more and understand
it.
1.
4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk with ¼ cup oats (mixed)
2. 1 whey shake with water, no carbs
3. chicken breast, with small sweet potato, veggies
and a salad
4. chicken breasts alone with veggies and a salad
5. 1 whey shake with 1 cup farina (separate of course!)
