Only a few days left to go!! My travel schedule has been very busy but my contest preparations are still very detailed and intense. Cardio has been stepped up to three hours per day and I am carb depleting. For details on my trip to the Ironman Pro in Pasadena this past weekend please see my journal/ blog … I had a blast and worked with several photographers out there!

I will let my photos speak for themselves this week but I want to remind everyone of the Arnold Amateur schedule, please come out and cheer me on Friday morning March 2nd at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Columbus, Ohio. My day will begin with hair and makeup at 5:45am with Elise Firestone (http://elisefirestone.com), then the 1-piece judging at 10am and the 2-piece judging at 12:30pm, with finals and awards at 2:30pm. Come up and say hello if you are there!!
